I can’t log in to my account

Case 1 :

I CAN’T FIND MY ACTIVATION CODE.

Your activation code is always in the following format:
First name - Last name - Order number

👉 You can find it in your order confirmation email.
📩 To find it quickly, search your inbox (often in the spam or promotions tab) for:
• “The order is confirmed”
• “Unsolved Hunts”
• “Gold and Crystal”

Case 2 :

MY ACTIVATION CODE ISN’T WORKING

In some cases, activation may take a little time.
⏳ We recommend waiting up to 2 minutes after entering the code.

If it still doesn’t work after 5 minutes, there are two possibilities:
• The code has already been used (in that case, use the “Forgot password” function)
• Or there is a technical issue → contact us at: contact@unsolvedhunts.com

We will check your access immediately.

Case 3:

I USED THE CODE BUT FORGOT MY LOGIN DETAILS

No problem.
✅ If you still have access to your email, simply use: “Forgot password”

If you have also forgotten the email address used, send us:
• your order number
• your first and last name
📩 to: contact@unsolvedhunts.com

We’ll be able to restore your access with you.
